"Hello: I ordered a water heater that was supposedly in stock. The price was good. 12 days went by and I decided to inquire to see where things stood. It turns out IT HAD NOT EVEN LEFT THEIR WAREHOUSE YET!!!! If you're picking up locally, they may be fine. However, if you live in a neighboring state (I live in Massachusetts), it is foolish to order from them. I'm not sure their web site says "We'll hang around for 12 days before we even think about shipping it." I may be spoiled by Amazon, but 12 days before shipping something that is supposedly in stock is nuts."
