"Buyer beware. I ordered over $120 worth of supplements from this retailer. When I received my Fedex tracking number, I saw that they had shipped to the wrong State (and address obviously). They refuse to reply to my request to rectify this situation and have charged my credit card. Great prices... but not if you are charged for products that don't arrive at your door."

Over at Oneresult.com there is a blog explaining how the company is going out of business and how the owner, Nick Chunias I believe, are in the take-the-money-and-run phase of the death of this company. "
"HORRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I used to order from this website and they used to be the best. However, recently they have gotten HORRIBLE and my last order I never even received all my products. They don't have any live number to contact anyone anymore, the customer service is done via email, and once I told them to cancel my order (about 2 weeks after initially ordering the products and being told they had shipped when in fact they never had) they stopped responding to my emails. They took my money, and didn't deliver some of the products, I believe that is called THEFT. I now have to file a dispute with my CC company. By the way, I replaced the products with a different website, and the prices were cheaper. Just avoid this place, trust me."

"This place knows how to do business. This is the second order I've placed with them. The first arrived on Thursday after the order was placed on Monday of the same week using regular shipping. The second order was placed using next day shipping. One item was backordered and will be shipping ground. The in-stock items arrived next day in perfect condition. Customer service is responsive. They were quick to point out problems and gave options from which I could choose for course of action. They followed directions exactly. Prices are excellent. Cheaper than the local GNC store prices even when GNC was running a 25% off sale. And the selection is great. I will be doing business with these guys in the future. Thank goodness for online outfits like these. Makes my shopping easy, painless and a joy."
