But they were offering a sale on certain colors of a fan I wanted and the end price was better than I could find elsewhere. They also answered my questions when contacted. Everything came in a timely manner and was exactly what I expected. Would definitely order from them again."

"This company is a scam. They have one person in the entire company providing customer service. His name is Eric and he never picks up the phone. After multiple failed attempts at contacting him by phone, I sent him an email. He replied that the manufacturer was waiting on a phone number and email to process my orders. But, with the orders I provided the email and phone number that I typically provide to all vendors, so clearly this is just an excuse. Nevertheless, I provided my husband's contact information. I sent him another email asking him for status information. He still hasn't reply with the status of my orders that I placed 3 weeks ago. I called the company again but this time pressed the option to place an order, and alas someone picked up the phone. So they pick up the phone for people who want to place an order but not for customer service. I asked the person who picked up the phone to check on my orders. He told me he saw them in the system, and would email me with tracking information, and then hung up. This is not customer service. I've waited all day for his email. I just filed a complaint through Paypal and asked for a fully refund. Clearly, this company is fraudulent and I've been scammed."

"I purchased a lighting fixture over a month ago but the product never shipped. I’ve made several phone calls and sent several emails to correct this issue — Eric is the only person you can contact in the entire company, for sales, for customer service.. except you can’t contact him. Everything goes through email and you likely will not get a response. We have been provided the same tracking number over and over, despite the company being aware that there is no shipping information in FedEx’s system. I am pretty sure this is a fraudulent company. My only resolution was to dispute the transaction through my credit card."
