"I was looking for Sanus Elm805 in wall power and management systems for my home, for hiding the power wires and cable wires, audio, etc. Many places do not answer their phone but to my surprise, Advanced Electronic answered. I ordered with them by the web through Paypal easily and effortlessly.

The package arrived damaged because FedEx smashed it in shipping, so, their customer rep, Wendy went to work and shipped another while the RMA was processed. In all, I had a replacement 6 days after my original order and I am thankful.

They worked hand in hand with FedEx to resolve the claim after the replacement was already installed. I purchased a more than normal quantity, so, she reduced the price and shipped my order free.

I couldn't ask for better service, I' all buy from them for all of. My electronics needs because they were that courteous, friendly, lower priced , and more helpful than any online store I've ever purchased from.

Thanks again, I'll be sending as many people as I can!

"Asked them to cancel my order on he weekend about 12 hours after placed and i got a response back detailing how they did not intend to assist with that because of the TOS."

"When I first ordered, they thought me as a fraudster.
I was so angry that I sent a mail that such a thing is very malicious.
After that, they supported well but the deal was not made.
It was a very odd experience.

"After searching for a multi room speaker selector with remote control, I found what I was looking for at Advance Electronic. Being unfamilar with the product I contacted Advance Electronic to get additional information on the product and its availability. I was surprised to actually talk to someone who was willing to take the time to research the product and match a price. The item was shipped and received in a very timely manner. We are currently enjoying the easy to use product."

"I was very pleased with the service I got from Advanced Electronic. I did have a return that was dealt with quickly. They put me in contact with customer support of the webcam company to help me troubleshoot. They didnt just give me a number they called them and have them give me a call. It worked out becuse it was tricky to make the cam work with my mac. I usually just plug things in and they get recognized but there was a preference override that had to be released. So they really went the extra mile to get me a working webcam and went to bat with there distributor. I realy felt this was a higher than normal level of service with an internet provider. When I called in they were able to get back to me as soon as they got in and handled the problem within the day. Trust me they want you to be satisfied and go the distance to earn your business. If you ever have problems with your product I would suggest you get in contact with customer support form the item shipped first then calling Advanced Electronics after you exhaust that route. Then I am sure the team at Advanced Electronics will deal with you right away. I will return for the value and the service.. I really felt they cared and it showed."
