"My laptop did upgrades over night. While doing that, that procedure uninstalled the software needed to run my printer. I did not know that had happened until it was explained to me by your ATS repairman. I recognized that there was a problem with the connection between my printer and my laptop, but fixing it myself was out of the questioned. I needed several items printed right then. So the only help I knew I could rely on was ATS. Every time I have called ATS whatever the problem has been it has been resolved. Having my laptop repaired without having to take it somewhere and then wait what seems like forever to get it back has been the great discovery ever. Because I am not a computer nerd I am a a loss when it breaks. There has always been someone at ATS to help me.
