"I went to www.advancedmart.com to order a UV LED Flashlight and they sent me an email telling me that the item was backordered, but they would send me a loaner light until the one I wanted came in. In the end, they offered me a higher valued light that would be better for my needs (shorter wavelength) at a price that was very generous of them.

The light works great, and the whole transaction was way better than anything I experienced anywhere else. I highly recommend them and would suggest you check out their UV LED Flashlights which are excellent.

"Worst experience shopping online in quite some time.

LATE AND WRONG.

Made the order and got an automated receipt with an order status that never updated. E-mailed two of the points of contact on the website and got no response. Forced to pay for UPS shipping, yet never received any shipping info until it was delivered. Took 8 days to get a UPS box I paid for.

And when it arrived, it WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT. Wrong voltage when I clearly ordered another. I suspect they ran out of stock, didn't update the website, took my cash and just shipped whatever was close enough."

"I am very impressed by their shipping speed plus responsible attitude. I ordered a UV LED flashlight at 365nm for my experiment (I am working in Chemistry Department) and it turned out to be DOA. (They shipped it at the same day I ordered) I asked for the replacement and got the replacement one shipped at THE SAME DAY.
