"This shop is definitely out of business and has stolen their customers money. Just like others here we ordered in December and have been ghosted since. They will not respond and have no phone number listed."

Feels like they stopped the business and stole our money. Their facebook is also down now. I have sent 3 emails over the past 3 months and not a single response always understanding they may be busier than they thought and just politely asking for an updated timeline. "I ordered a military plaque for my husband on November 18th, 2023. After inquiring about my order I received an update on December 5th. Since then I have received no responses to multiple emails sent. I requested a refund and, once again, have received no response and no refund. Do not order from this company. They do not communicate and do not fulfill their orders. As of today, February 2nd, 2024, I still do not have my product or a refund."
