Adidas, buy at your own risk!

"I paid $200 for a pair of Adidas next l3v3l basketball shoes that I never got. I always thought making your customers happy was the main thing for companys care about so ppl keep coming back to spend more money. Once adidas has your money, keep your fingers crossed and pray for them to get delivered!!! This is the first time I bought from adidas. Prior I only bought NIKE and JORDAN shoes and that's all. (Well besides when Kobe Bryant had his first pair of shoes with adidas. I only bought them bc I followed him and maybe wore the white moon boots 4 or 5 times) After I paid for my shoes I got the confirmation email. When they shipped I got an email telling me my shoes were going to be delivered on Wednesday. They didn't come Wednesday. They came early and we're delivered on Tuesday. Now normally anything that gets delivered earlier is a good thing. NOPE, no when adidas doesn't notify you that they will be delivered sooner. Tuesday evening I checked my emails and seen one from adidas that said my shoes were delivered. So after reading the email, I called adidas bc I started to get ****. They told me sometimes fed ex marks something as delivered but it will come the next day. Ok I guess that kind of makes sense somehow. Since the email said it will be delivered on Wednesday anyway. She said if they don't come tomorrow call back to let them know. So I just expected them to come tomorrow since she told me that. I had 1 package stolen or lost or not delivered. Once is enough for me. I made sure when I buy something, to be home when it's supposed to be delivered so that will never happen again. The only thing I paid for an didn't get made me so mad, but when I called the company I was so caught off guard. I was talking like an **** to this poor lady that had absolutely nothing to do with my delivery. She was so apologetic and told me if the item is still available, do I want a reship or a refund? I felt so bad after bc I was not expecting them to do that. I really didn't expect them to do anything. I was calling to **** about my order not coming. After that I made sure to stay how when something is being delivered so I don't have to do that anymore. So before I called adidas I was expecting something along those lines. I always thought that customers are made happy so they keep buying from that place. What ever happened to the customer is always right? With adidas there model is once they have your money, and they ship your order, that's as far as they go. Anything after that is on you! When I called them I asked why they never send something to let me know that my package was coming sooner. The lady told me the email is an estimation, and it will be delivered on that day at the latest, it might come sooner. I screenshot the email, and sent it to her. It said my order was going to be delivered on Wednesday, not estimated to be delivered by Wednesday. So since I was not in the wrong, I expected more from them. I have sent 12 - 15 emails, I have filled out the questionaire asked you about your experience with adidas was and be completely honest so they can try to meet all of there customers expectations so they can become a better company, I have filled out like 3 or 4 reviews asking about everything. It's been over 2 weeks now and they have NOT called once, did NOT send 1 email, NOT 1 text, NOT 1 letter, NOT 1 damn smoke signals, NOT any kind of Morris code message, ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE THING. They did NOT offer a refund, they did NOT offer a reship, hell they did NOT ever lie to me and tell me they will investigate that issue and get back to me. NOTHING!!! Customer service is not anything adidas trys to improve on. Customer service does not mean **** to adidas!!!!! Once they ship your order, they got your money so if you don't get it ohhhh well. Not there problem. I should have just stuck with what I know and keep buying only NIKE and JORDAN. Bc adidas might go out of business if they replace ir reship 1 pair of $200 shoes to keep customers happy!! So good luck!! DO NOT BUY ADIDAS!! If you do, I'd think you might get more out of taking 200 $1 bills and throwing them out the window while your out driving! I know I would have!! Good luck everyone!!"

If I could give no star at all, I would.

"My $70 sneakers have been stuck somewhere in Georgia for a month with just "label created", then it was supposed finally delivered but I have never received it. The tracking status says "It was picked up by an individual at a Postal facility". I am not this individual, Adidas says contact the carrier, the carrier says contact Adidas. No liability whatsoever. DO NOT BUY ADIDAS!!!!"

Zero stars

"I ordered 5 shoes. Did not receive one of the pairs of shoes. Was hung up on by several call center reps. No call back from a Supervisor after a week. Everyone is unwilling to help. Filing a chargeback with my bank."

DO NOT BUY FROM ADIDAS.COM DO NOT TRUST THEM

"SOOOO ANGRY with ADIDAS.COM UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT HONEST.
Bought $90 Adidas shoes, after 2 weeks, shoes ripped where toe meets sole. Contact Adidas.com for exchange. Returned shoes with pre-paid UPS label. No exchange order processed. No shoes in inventory to fulfill exchange. Was advised by 2nd adidas employee to download Adidas APP check store availability. APP lies. No shoes in stock at any stores in New York City that APP listed. Rep said she would let exchange order sit in system to wait for inventory to fill. Instead, order was cancelled and refunded. Opposite of what all Adidas employees said they did. Asked if I could get back the shoes that I returned for exchange and was told no. Was told no for every option of trying to order same shoes. Now, I do not have shoes I ordered and do not have any way to replace them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO RECOURSE.

Unacceptable customer service

"My son loves addidas . I bought him a pair of shoes , the shoes fell apart . Addidas set me a $15.00 credit. The shoes were $200.00 . It's very odd they have pulled these shoes from the store. There had to be a big problem with the shoes MND's . I will never buy another thing from addidas. They can stick their 15.00. It took me since May 2/19 until today May 29/19 to get my 15.00 credit. This has to be the worst service ever."

DO NOT purchase online

"My daughter received several Items from Adidas site as a Christmas gifts from someone else, but the shirts were all too small. When I spoke to a customer rep, about larger sizes I was told they do not allow exchanges, the items have to be returned (this is after you fill out a return application, and you can proceed if you have been approved to return item). She said they refund the amount onto a gift card, then you have to turn around and re-purchase the item, only this time you get to purchase it for the higher price! (shirts were purchased on sale). When I questioned that policy, and asked how in the world do they expect people to higher prices for the same exact items, she said I could call back once the item shipped and request a one time 20% off, which still would not cover the price of all the shirts now. One of the shirts was out of stock, and they didn't know when it would be back in stock, so I asked if my daughter could just pick another shirt and she said no, or else I would lose the 20% off if I called back. SO they FORCE you to return the item, give you the amount of items onto a gift card, and then force you to repurchase the same exact item, but for the higher price b/c they do not do "exchanges" which to me, is exactly what this is, but they make more money off of it! Can you say SCAM!!!! When I asked the girl to please explain this policy to me and explain why this is makes any sense, she replied "I don't know I just work here". Pretty sure we will not be spending another dime with Adidas, my daughter will just have to find her a different brand of shoes to like......."

BUYER BEWARE

"Do not buy Adidas online at adidas.com. I purchased a pair of NMD Adidas shoes for my daughter for Christmas. I called on December 26th to start the return because I did not purchase the right pair for my daughter. I was told that corporate would send me an email within 7-10 business days. I did not receive an email so I called again on Jan 8th and waiting again 30 minutes at least for a customer service rep to answer. She told me that my request was still pending. I asked for a supervisor who told me that my return was outside of the time limit for returning. I ordered the shoes on November 15th and called December 26th to issue the return - that's 41 days. Their website clearly stated 45 days. I called back again today and spoke with another supervisor who told me he could not issue me a label and i had to wait for corporate to send me a label. I know I'll never see a return label. There is no one to talk to and my initial request has been pending for more than 13 days.

The really sad part of this story is that Adidas NMD shoes were my gift of choice this year. I bought 7 pairs as gifts from Finish Line stores all over the Chicago area in November and December 2017. I am a good customer and this is a really poorly run organization. I wish I would've read all the reviews online before I ordered. I thought Adidias.com would be a reputable organization but I was wrong.

Nightmare, do not buy Adidas online and offline also

"I bought a pair of Adidas snickers on eBay. Months later the sole detached from the body of the snicker and broke in half. It was the top item from Adidas a Springblade Tennis. I asked to have a new pair and they asked me to return the pair to the factory so they can analyze.
I sent the snickers and they gave me a gift card.
The gift card doesn't work on my address to buy online. I use the same address to buy from eBay, Amazon, etc but for Adidas don`t.
They don`t solve the issue. They simply say that they cannot ship to my address.

Very rude customers service, never order from them again

"First time customer, got free expedited shipping, never got the package although fedex said delivered, called adidas customer service, waited on the phone over 30 min, spoke to Lashie. First she said to call FEDEX, which I strongly feel adidas should have contacted them, not the customer, bc they have a contract with FEDEX so if anything went wrong, they and FEDEX should have figured it out. Then she went on arguing that I should have requested FEDEX for signature confirmation, which was not an option on adidas.com. Amazon.com has an optional "message to delivery personnel", adidas does not, but I've been using amazon for years and never had anything lost in transit. so how should i know i needed to request a signature service? then she went on that adidas only refunded for lost packages. i said it would not be fair for the consumers bc i bought 50% off then but they don't have the same promotion now. she argued again that that is their policy. after I explained that if I had to place another order, they would have to give me half price, which she said ok but she would have to make a claim and she did not want to do that now and told me to wait out until i hear from fedex. if this were a $200 pair of shoes and you told me to wait a couple days, I certainly don't think so. she then argued with me and said herself "i'm not gonna argue with you cuz this is going nowhere". I asked her to put in a claim and she had me wait 5 min and then said done, without even giving me the claim number. I had to ask for it. I still have not received an email about any claim that was put in from adidas. As a CS rep, she should have been giving me the resolutions, not argument. Very bad customer service the first time i ordered from them. Never again will I place another purchase through adidas.com or any adidas products"

"placed my order online for Women's Response Boost Techfit Shoes , got them in, had them on for several days and posted my bad review on adidas website and they had declined my review. they only post good reviews on the website;

I have a filing that they are pulling my toes to the right, after 60-90 minutes I had to take them off. I was painfullyllllll. So I tried them several times and it's same; same feeling that they are pulling my toes to the right and still painfulllllll sorry adidas I will stick with nike and asics
