Ordered a 470W P4 backup power supply a few months ago. I recently discovered the invoice had the correct part number but the supply didn’t and there’s no four pin connector. I’ve chased these people for a month and got one stall after another. As a system builder I’ve bought a bunch of cases off them in the past four years. The last e-mail I sent said that if I didn’t received a tracking number or an RMA number within the next 24 hours I would presume that they were going out of business and were probably filing for bankruptcy. Also I said I was going to spread this around the ‘net. Haven’t heard a peep. ‘Nuff said?
