"Additional lengths have not been very helpful to me. The product I payed for and ordered had a slow estimated delivery time, despite the somewhat expensive postage costs. The delivery was supposed to have been up to 7 working days, but it has been 12 and the product hasn't even arrived at my doorstep. I previously ordered remi hair extensions from this company and they were awful quality, they did not last at all and I had the same problems with delivery. I made my second order hoping that they had changed their system but it appears not. I won't be ordering from them in future, do not order from them if you need your product in a rush !"

"LOVE these hair extensions! i bought a full set of clip in hair extensions for £50 and are really thick and full, I purchased through there site but i did ring them to confirm which colour would be right, i sent them a pic through an email and they recommend a mixed colour to me, when i received them they matched perfectly! i have now had them for about three months and are still going strong ! LOVE LOVE LOVE them ! wouldn't be without them now !!"
