Received an immediate order confirmation and then another confirmation that my order had shipped on December 13 complete with tracking links. Items arrived well packed and exactly as described on December 14th. The items I purchased were the cheapest at ActiveK9 I could find online and I paid reasonable shipping. I was very pleased with my experience with this vendor and will do business with them again."
