"Company shipped fast but charged high fee for USPS Priority Mail Service. I did not receive any shipping notice after an email inquiry. Shipped partial order and claimed all parts were included. Tried to contact Sales/Customer Service via email but had absolutely no response. I purchased the parts to complete a contracted job in Florida. A partial shipment is useless to my company. I will not do any future business with Action Electronics. I have filed a complaint with the California BBB, the California State Attorney's Office for Consumer Protection and the Federal Internet Fraud Division!"

"I'm impressed with these people. The web site is simple, loaded with items that might otherwise be hard to find and prices seemed extremely reasonable. The service, speed of processing, shipping and notification were all great.
I placed an order at 10:30pm and by 11am the next morning had already received three emails indicating order confirmation, planned shipment for that day, and then a shipping confirmation with tracking number. I received an email after package arrival indicating package delivered too.
Packing was fine and items were all as advertised. I plan on shopping here again."
"I ordered a conductive pen from these guys to unlock my Athlon XP. They shipped promptly, and the item arrived pretty fast. My only two complaints about them:
1) They crunched the package that the pen came in into a smaller box. However, the pen was undamaged.
2) They didn't send a confirmation e-mail or tracking number upon shipment like they promised.
Otherwise, great reseller. Their website has a nice humor section. Check it out sometime, even if you don't wanna buy anything."
