"just so my fellow canadians know, acegsmCELL and acegsmTELE.com are NOT the same as acegsm.com.

I bought a phone from acegsm.com and they were great. Got the phone in 3 days, it was brand new and I haven't had a problem with it since. They also have an option where you can actually pick up your phone in person so you can confirm before you pay. Unlike acegsmcell they also have a 14 day warranty on their phones to cover manufacture defects.

acegsmCELL and acegsmTELE are knock off websites and they are based in China.
acegsm.com is based in Vancouver in Canada and they only ship within canada.

I looked at acegsmcell's website and they sell the Nokia 8800 Carbon for $219 USD. Authentic ones go for over a $1000! That is such a HUGE hint NOT to buy from acegsmcell.com. It's sad that people are actually getting conned by these phonies!

To start, their website claims they are located in New Jersey. That is false, they are in China.

The Nokia Music Xpress phone I purchased from them came with an old battery and the packaging and accessories were not original. The phone broke after 2 weeks of usage. After extensive back-n-forth emails, they agreed to replace the phone and battery.
2 months later, the phone broke again. This time they claim its been more than 3 months from purchase and that I should pay for a local repair.

Because the phone is not manufactured in US, Nokia will not provide warranty, meaning, I got screwed 200 dollars.

Save yourself money and stress, stay away from these crooks that are only after making a quick buck in the American market. They actually sell refurbished phones that are doom to break soon and leave you in loss. Read their warranty disclaimer (which they recently added when they remove the fake New Jersey phone from their site):

"RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a bunch of crooks. ordered a nokia 8800 sapphire arte on the 8th of July. Received it 12 days later. OK, there was no phone in the box, no charger, just an empty box with a charger. Even the box look fake. I will just dispute the transaction with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. "

"I wish I had read the prior review for my experience is almost identical but with the Sony Ericsson C902.
They had the best price but I determined no US warranty from Sony Ericsson. When the product arrived yesterday, it appeared to be used or counterfeit (screen not fully adhered, accessories appeared used, packaging damaged), definitely not up to the quality standard of the last 3 SE phones I have owned.
I have sent 3 emails, the last requesting return instructions, and have had no reply. When I tried the phone number shown on their website the call went to a full mailbox accepting no messages. I suppose I will challenge the charge on my credit card.

"I had placed an order of Sony Ericsson C905 8.1 MP Cybershot phone from this website for $379 which I found little cheaper than amazon and other websites. The order arrived correctly from Hongkong, but the box was opened before and phone was looking good, accessories were all damaged. The battery was having scratches, and dents on it. Headphones were not the original sony ericsson. Then I sent them back and asked to refund the money. That time the guy said that they will charge 10% restocking fee as you damaged the battery and used it. I only checked the phone for 1 day.. The phone's one speaker was not working properly, I told that guy but he didn't listened and charged 10% of the cost I paid and refund only $348. The company is registered to NJ address and phone number given on it, just rings, no one answers. You have to contact these guys through email. This is total scam and fake company, never buy from this website, its having too many unlocked phones for cheap. Thats what I learnt from my experience and sharing it to avoid it to happen from someone else.
