"I bought a "new" Swintec SW20 cash register from this company. Shortly after I paid for it I received a email stating this was going to be used...When it arrived, The machine was far from NEW. It didn't come with the AC adapter, and a few coins were still inside the machine. It wouldn't turn on. It wasn't re-furbished, It was just junk that someone returned. I've tried to call & email multiple times per week for the last month with no help or reply.

"Ace Depot is not a trust worthy company. I ordered a typewriter from them on June 23, 2020. I called several times to find out where my order was as I had not received it. When I finally received an email with a tracking number, I discovered that it was delivered to a company in Austin, TX. Problem is that my Catholic school is in Newark, NJ. Upon discovering the error I decided to simply cancel the order and asked for a refund. I was instructed to send an email to them. After 14 emails, the company said "Sorry, the product was shipped." I never received the product I purchased. This is theft and so now I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which currently rates this company as an "F", which gives you an idea how poor a business it is. I will also be contacting the NJ Attorney General to report this theft as well as law enforcement. This business sells through Amazon Prime so I will be reporting them to Amazon as well. Do not buy from these people."
"Ace Depot is one of several fraudulent ink companies taking advantage of those who are having trouble finding ink for their older printers. Their methods are the same
-Take your money then send the wrong product, a broken product or no product at all.
-Blame you for being defrauded by them.
-Answer a negative review with bald-faced lies.
-Never give you a refund or only after a long, slow process.
-Respond in emails with dubious English grammar which questions their American addresses.
In my case, Ace Depot told me they sent my order which I never received. Then told me the product no longer existed. Then never answered my request for a refund until after I posted a negative review. Then blamed me for giving a negative review. After nearly three months, I have not received a refund of the $135 they took from me.
For your own safety, deal with legitimate companies with names you recognize. Ace Depot is a fraud.

"Sold us a cash register. Cash register came with major problems that stopped it from working or even opening. Without responding to our emails, they sent UPS to pick it up. Then for THREE MONTHS I had to call them to try to get refunded. They kept telling me "Scott" would put the full amount back on my card, and it kept not appearing. They do not answer their customer service phone, and when you do finally get to speak to an actual person they give you no helpful information, telling you they will email you within the next 24 hours. I was referred by the State Attorney General to contact County of Bergen County of Passaic.... Department of Public Safety a Division of Consumer Affairs, Office of Consumer Protection. I Now have a Case # filed! I plan to also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, where a FTC # will be on this company. I am in hopes that Both Max and Shawn are both caught and prosecuted to the Fullest extent of the Law! These guy's have been Scamming for Way too long. "
