"ordered a complete computer worth of parts from this reseller. did not recieve parts as ordered. was not notified that substitute parts were being sent, parts that were much less expensive than what had originally been ordered-- with no credit back to my card! had very difficult time getting through to salesperson to correct order. correct parts were never sent, incorrect amount was still billed to my credit card. this order originally began back in september of 2001 (!) and is still not correct. finally had to go through my credit card company to dispute this charge. will never purchase from this company again."
