"I bought a cell phone charger from them and they sent the wrong item. I've made two request to resolve problem on their company form on line and once on tweeter with no response. "Ordered Motorola Cig Plug Charger, got no acknowledgement of order placed; no shipping or tracking acknowledgement after they say they shipped it. Eight days later I sent an email to inquire - they said they shipped it the day after they received the order, and they would research it with USPS. They never followed-up with me until I emailed them again. Finally got a tracking number 9 days after the order was placed, and USPS tracking said package was still on East Coast, near AccessoryWiz's location. WOW!!!"
