"After several local computer shops failed to correctly diagnose my computer, I took it to Access. They quickly discovered a faulty CPU and motherboard.

I have a Visa extended warranty; a Visa rep told me I could have the laptop repaired at any HP-certified shop. However, after Visa got the quote, they backpedaled and wanted me to send it to HP.

By that point, Access had already installed the CPU (they needed it for testing). At my request, they gladly removed it (free of charge), and I only paid the reasonable diagnostic fee.
