"Ordered an Iphone 4 digitizer and screen assembly on October the 28 2013, Received a conformation email almost instantly. On 10/29/2013 they took the money from my PayPal account. When checking the order status it still says processing. I've sent 3 emails with no response. I contacted PayPal today to dispute the order and asked for a refund. I have since shared their webpage on my Facebook page telling everyone how they do business. I have also reported them to Google and the Attorney Generals office. I hope the site is taken down soon."

"One of the worst sellers. I ordered an aluminium iphone 4 bac. A few weeks later i received a black aluminium one that didn't fit and the lenses didn't line up. I had tried to cancel the order just after ordering and they couldn't refund me without keeping $10 so I said they should send it.
After a few emails to try and resolve the problem of it being the wrong item. They ignored any emails I sent to them. they took £11 from me!
The customer care is terrible and so are the products and how they sort them!

"This is a well documented scam site. Ordered a part and got a confirmation email. 21 days later I got nothing so I sent several emails to "jeakie" who is the rep who sent the email. No replies. I went to PayPal resolution center and the claim was resolved within 2 hours. My money is now refunded.

Tl;dr acceport is a total scam and PayPal knows this

"all I know is I ordered a replacement battery door cover for a dell streak 5 (with a raw debit card before i had paypal) and I got it in a little less than a month, despite them saying 10-15 days and whatever. So I was feeling comfortable and ordered two more things from there exactly a month ago and now Im getting worried a little. So I live in the Central Valley in California and contacted them at about 2am last night and woke up at 9am to a message saying they'll tell me the tracking stuff and invoices and stuff tomorrow. Even though its been hella long, I'm not really trippin because i got PayPal now and its only been 31 days, PLUS i ordered from Acceport before (a similar part) and I recieved my stuff. Maybe I'm some sort of Don, or maybe all you bad review people are the same person spamming...time will tell."

"I came across this site and it looked legit so I ordered 2 PS3 Gold Dualshock 3 Controllers. $52.98 including shipping???? I thought great deal,so I placed order thru PayPal. After I placed the order(what a moron right?), I decide to google the company and I come across this site. I was worried of losing my money and expecting to claim thru PayPal, so a few days after placing the order I send message thru the contact us thingy and they reply with 10-15 business days wait and please be patient bla bla bla. So a week after that I message again asking for tracking number, next day I get e-mail with tracking number so immediately I check USPS.com and the package was shipped from Stockholm, Sweden to New York, and finally to PR which is where I live. Mailman delivered it today in somewhat beat-up padded large envelope but the contents were fine. They look genuine enough, even though the product labeling is different. Used them a couple of hours and so far so good. I would order again from them if I'm not in a hurry about shipping time. "

I have emailed them several times and they just keep saying sorry, it will be there in 3 to 5 business days. GUESS WHAT! "To describe this seller in one word. "Shite". I placed an order with them at the start of January for a replacement keyboard for my lapotop. I'm still waiting. I keep getting the run around and saying that "its because of the Chinese Spring Festival"
Now I know for a fact that this is a load of p*** as i ordered from dinodirect(which is absolutely brilliant) a reputable retailer that is based in Hong Kong, at the same time and i received the order the following week. I told the seller about this and I'm still waiting on a reply. All I can say for the users that have left a positive review is if ur not a spam bot, PROVE IT !!!!

"I too was duped on an Acceport.com purchase that I have never received. I ordered a very hard to find digitizer pad to repair my wife's broken cell phone, which is virtually unusable because the touch screen is almost completely unresponsive. Acceport.com was one of the few sites actually offering the part I need to fix the phone. I placed the order nearly a month ago, and received a prompt email just after I placed the order telling me that my order was being processed and it would take 10 to 15 business days for the part to arrive. Now it is nearly an entire month later and I have not received the part or been provided with a tracking number. So I sent a follow up email to this vendor requesting a status update. They sent me a follow up email telling me that the part has shipped and to please be patient that it takes 10 to 15 working days for delivery. I have ordered devices and parts overseas before so I am accustomed to waiting sometimes up to 3 weeks for shipments to arrive. But Acceport.com never provided a confirmation of a shipment date or a tracking number and not counting the weekends and the Thanksgiving holiday it is well past the original 15 business days they promised. If I do not physically receive the digitizer pad I ordered from Acceport.com in a few days I am filing a dispute with Paypal and requesting a refund (though I would much rather actually have the part I ordered instead). My warning to anybody else reading this is that Paypal's policy is that disputes must be filed within 45 days of the payment so please be careful if you ordered something from them via Paypal and believe you were swindled."

"I ordered a CPU cooling fan from Acceport mid-Nov, received Email on Nov 15 from Jeakie advising me that it would be shipped asap and would take about 10 - 15 days for delivery. Have not heard anything since. Was checking their reviews on this site and notice a perfect review from someone named Jeakie,
I assume this is the same Jeakie that sent me the original email with shipping info. Or are there many, many people out there named Jeakie??

"Do NOT use this website, ordered a replacement screen for my iphone 2 months ago and it has never turned up, after numerous emails to Jeakie at acceport promising me a refund and also to send another one out im still without either

She provided me with 2 tracking numbers both of which were dated before i even placed my order and when i asked about this she just acted stupid, saying she didnt know how this could happen

I finally recieved another email off her today saying i will never get my money back and wishing me good luck,

Seriously spend a bit more money and actually get the product you paid for i will make sure as many people as possible do NOT use this website

"Ordered a replacement digitizer lcd lens for a cracked smartphone. They only use PayPal, thru email -no phone no. Received an email after ordering autorepsond- this would be sent asap. We Inquired two weeks later, to receive an email that there would be a delay of 15 days. At the end of June still no further contact, nor return of any email inquiries. Contacted paypal to do official inquiry July 7th. Received refund July 11th. Still no explanation from owner. Saw the item still available on their website but price was higher. Would not trust to buy from them."
