"This company does not conduct business as they advertise. They claim they give you a full week to use their product after it is received before you are "ever billed". The customer service rep stated that they wait a full 21 days before they charge you for the product. THIS IS FALSE!!!!!!! Exactly one day after placing my order for the trial of this product, the full amount of $59.95 was charged against my bank account along with the promo of $4.95 shipping only charge. When I called the company, they told me that they had not charged me for the product yet. I guess they think I am stupid and blind as I was looking at the charge on my online banking page. They had to have processed the charge as my bank would have had no idea of the $59.95 amount. When I call Acai Burn to cancel the order and get the charge taken off of my account, they continually insisted that I had not yet been charged for the product. As it was more apparent that the person to whom I was speaking could not help me, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that the supervisors did not talk to people because they did not have time to talk to everyone who calls. I had to ask if they received so many complaints that everyone who called asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course, there was no answer other than stating again that I could not speak to a supervisor. I thought because Oprah was promoting this product on her show that this might be a decent company with which to do business, WRONG. I will never do business with this company. In addition, I will be filing a complaint with their state Better Business Bureau and also a fraud complaint with the FCC. False advertisement and supervisors who are not interested in assisting customers who have complaints is not a good foundation for a business. BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU MIGHT END UP SCREWED IN THE END JUST AS I WAS."
