"I hired this company just to look they charged $160 After just to change the two burner ignition and the oven lighting unit repairs were $360 plus the parts were over $500 which is literarily 20 min job. Than I realized they over charge the parts over $100. I order them from Blue Star Factory to save some buck. They came and they said they would not warranty the workmanship because I bought the parts from the factory direct. I said ok if part is defective it is on me but if your laborer is at fault you should be honer the warranty. He said no. TERRY field manager refused to stand behind his workers labor ability. Terrible company . Terrible costumer service . Money grab oriented mentality. I would NOT recommend this company! "
