Fraudulent company, beware!

"Don't buy from this website! I received a very poor quality/fake glasses that was broken, no refund offered! It defiantly non authentic glasses - got the sign "make in china" and the hinges was non flexible. I had an exactly the same frame from different company so it was easy for me to compare and proof it, however, the company just ignored my evidence."

THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL SHOP!!! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH

"I've found glasses there, that nobody else offered. Although Im from Germany and never heard of this shop, I still gave it a try because I wanted to have these glasses so bad.

1. Never recieved an order confirmation and definately no glasses!
2. NO RESPOND AT ALL (!) to ANY of my Emails or text messages
3. The address mentioned in the FAQ section says its a ''normal'' family home. If you google it, you can see it! You dont find any names of people who actually run this shop! But the names of the people living in this house.....just sayin

Right now, Im just waiting to get back my money... Please buy your glasses somewhere else! These people really seem to be criminals!

Fraudulent company

"This company sold me a pair of what I thought were “Dolce and Gabbana” sunglasses, turns out they were fakes. The box was inauthentic, there was no serial number, or bar code, and they looked completely different than the picture. I contacted the company to let them know, they gave me the runaround for over a week. Eventually they said, I could return it, but would charge me a 18% restocking fee! Luckily my father is an attorney! Stay away from this company!"

Horrible in every way.

"Wrong size frame delivered returned for exchange received a fake. And yes I had to pay for shipping. Then I just asked for the wrong size back since they didn’t effect the prescription just preference. Anyways just don’t do it guys this store is apparently out of someone’s house. My ordeal took almost two months. No way to call them communication is horrible. Just stay away "

"Order genuine Oakley sunglasses which were advertised as new in original package with original documentation. Pay these **** clowns $229. They drop shipped a pair of beat up HELL NO Oakleys from eBay to me. I was watching the exact pair of $149.00 Oakleys on my eBay account that they shipped to me. They're rude, unethical and rip people off on a regular basis. Avoid these clowns at all cost. BtW here is an alternative # where you can reach these terds. ***-***-**** "

Scam site! Beware!!

"I have been trying to contact A to Z Eyewear about my order placed 3 weeks ago, both by phone and internet many time and they do not respond. I have since done a search on this company and have found many negative reviews and complaints to the Better Business Bureau. Steer clear of this company, do not be drawn in by their lower prices, I'm thinking I was scammed by them. I ordered a pair of LeFont frames from them for 193.00 to save $40 over other online retailers 239.00 and think I may have ended up losing 193.00 instead."

Do NOT Order from This Place - Fabricated Wrong Lens and Refuse to Refund

"I purchased eye-glasses online. The lenses were not manufactured to specification. I wear progressive lenses. The right lens should be progressive and include intermediate and near sight correction, but it does not. It is a single-correction lens. This is unacceptable and unusable. The left lens is also manufactured incorrectly. The portion for intermediate and near vision is so low on the lens that it simply does not function. I have written to AtoZEyewear on a number of occasions and learned today that they refuse to honor a refund. They also refuse to correct and replace the defective lenses. There is no refuting that the lenses were not made properly. I had them checked at a reputable eyeglass office, who could not believe the defects in manufacture; specifically, the single vision lens on the right, and the improperly designed progressive lens on the left. Nonetheless, AtoZeyewear refuses to stand behind its sale, and refuses to refund my purchase. It is wrong, and there is no question that they did not properly fabricate my lenses. I want my $612.00 back from them. "

"Placed order on 03/11/15 and today is 03/28/15 and I still have now received my glasses or an explanation of why. Have left several msg by phone and and their online service....which is off line...and haven't gotten a response. Getting ready to contact Paypal. This is the worst experience with online ordering I have ever had. Would never use this company again!!!"

"Do NOT do business with this company! I ordered frames that they showed were in stock, paid for 3 day shipping and never heard another word. When I tried to check I got an online rep through their chat and never could get a straight answer about where my frames were. The telephone number makes you leave a message and you won't get a call back nor a response to your email. Tried to check again today and now the chat is offline. Have filed a dispute with Paypal and hope they can get my money back for me. Who does business like this???? If I could give them zero stars I would."

"The worse experience I've had with an online retailer in a long time. Shipping was incredible slow (12 days) even for ground. I was willing to wait the 5-7 days advertised but when they didn't arrive, I ended up having to re-purchase from another retailer. I see now from other comments that shipping has been an ongoing issue for a long time.

To add insult to injury, their customer service rep was incredibly rude and condescending in his communication with me when I requested an RMA.

I wish I had never come across their website. Save yourself some trouble and find another source for your needs.

"Bad Company. They scam the customer by claiming items they don't have, and charge the customer for 2-DAY SHIPPING send it via GROUND SHIPPING and IT took 10 DAYS to get the package. And when I returned the item due to the package arriving late, they returned amount after $35.12 and charge me for shipping. I AM GOING TO REQUEST INVESTIGATION ON THIS COMPANY THROUGH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU."

"BE CAREFUL. It is always an answering machine or email. Never a real person. And for some reason, every pair that I chose they "did not have". So basically, they can say they have something close but not what you choose even though they offer it. And attempting to cancel order and receive refund is difficult when not speaking to a real person."
