"BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Requested 2-DAY AIR on my package they charged me for 2-DAY AIR but shipped ground. I left a message to cancel my order but they still shipped out the package and now refunded $32.08 less than how much they charged me originally and said it was not my fault for returning the item. I WOULD BET THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE LIKE ME OUT THERE WHO GOT SCAMMED BY THEM."
