Purchased a Accutron watch with diamond bezel (linked below), and 2wks went by with no email confirmation. I sent an email and the merchant apologized and said they made a mistake on the listing and that I would not be getting the watch I paid for. Now, at this point, my checking account was already charged the $244. They said they would refund me the amount paid. Now multiple emails from 5/1 to 5/29 and no response. I'm out $244! No phone number to call either, so buyer beware.

Update. Received the watch 3/14/12, not bad, 5 calendar day delivery. I feel better about it although there was no explanation for no confirmation. Some companies just don't understand customer relations. I would buy from them in the future."

"I searched the vast expanse of the internet in a quest for a review for this site. Sadly, I found none...However, I saw the Citizen watch I wanted and decided to take a shot in the dark and see if this site was legit. I am happy to report that the site was very prompt with my purchase and the watch arrived in its original packaging with the plastic cover and everything included. I was so excited that this site wasn't too good to be true, that I added them to resellerratings. So I will start them off with all 5 stars intact."
