"The company is currently liquidating their merchandise (they are going out of business). Their policy is absolutely no returns, only exchanges. I thought this was fine until I got something I didn't like (tennis shorts) and they had nothing left in inventory in my size that I liked. Their policy is stated clearly so I have no case. However, know that if you buy from them you may be stuck with what you have if there is no other item available for which you can make an exchange."
