He didn't try to pawn off the most expensive product he had on me, instead he pointed out the pros and cons and helped me to custom design some basketball trophies. Finally, he offered free personalization and delivery, so every trophy has a specific member of the team's name on it, and he delivered it right to my front door! Fantastic experience, I would highly recommend! My kid's basketball team are going to LOVE these trophies!"
