"Ordered a FiiO portable DAC from AVshop over a month ago which still has not arrived. I paid for express next day delivery however was not issued any tracking info and after repeated attempts to contact the vendor still no tracking info has been provided. I have attempted multiple times to be refunded but this has been ignored. I am currently having to wait for a PayPal claim to resolve things. Highly recommend avoiding.

"Pretty disappointed in my one experience with AVShop. I placed an order for a mixture of pilot supplies and next release charts. As it turned out several of the items simply never arrived without any explanation and after several months I contacted them about it because I had overpaid for what had actually shown up. My later emails with them said they found out after my order that some items were out of stock, but I was never told.
It took about 10 emails back and forth with them to correctly identify what had arrived against what had been billed. As it turned out I was charged for what I received, but they had charged me for shipping for part of the order when I was supposed to get free shipping.
They spent several weeks insisting that I was incorrect and brushing me aside. I finally convinced them 5 months after my order that there was a mistake and instead of recognizing the mistake, they credited me the difference and that was all I heard."
"Ordered a Noisebuster ANR Headphones. Ordering was easy from their Web site. The package was received in great condition but the headphones stopped working after a few days.
The RMA process was easy with no hassles. They sent new headphones and a UPS prepaid return label. They did want the RMA shipped and returned in less than a week which meant I had to box it up and find a UPS office the same day. "
