"I purchase a pair of NHT Classic 3 speakers from AVHIFI.com and I couldn't be happier. Customer service was perfect. I have sent several emails about different questions and he replied within an hour or sooner. They even sent me a coupon code for my online purchase.
Best of all, my order was processed the same day and drop ship from the NHT factory. I didn't have to worry about getting "B" stock from AVhifi.com. I would buy again from this nice company.

"They have a misleading address system; although you have specified your address via PayPal, it's not used. And their customer service is extremely bad: after I found USPS did not deliver my package but still the status is "delivered", and wrote AVHIFI a second email telling them to deal with USPS, AVIHIFI just tell me

"I can't "do" anything if I keep replying to the same email."

Finally, I told them to calm down and they just closed the case, refunded me, and told me

"Please take your anger and attitude problem and shop elsewhere."

and

"I deal with your type all the time. You have no control over your real life so you play a tough guy on the phone and online. I have no time or patience for it. Grow up."
