"ATS was great to work with. They tracked down some hard to find printers for me and got them shipped to me at a very reasonable price. During the search process, they called me back several times to keep me updated in how the search was going which was amazing customer service.They also gave me usefull tips on storage and usage of the printers. They really know their stuff! They were freindly, courteous and helptful.

"I am a first time buyer and first timer reviewer. I ordered a Toshiba touchscreen tablet and a hard to find Peerless mount for the tablet so I can mount it to my desk. The sales person when I called was very helpful and confirmed that the item would work with the item. I had called a couple of other store and they didn't know if it would work. The sales person took the time to get the dimensions of the tablet and open the mount and confirm that it would fit, which made me very happy. I thought about the purchase for a couple of days and when I called back I asked for the same sales person and he remembered our conversation and took the order for me on the phone. The box was a little beat up but thats probably due to Purolator/UPS; the monitor was packaged well so everything was fine. Item arrived fairly quickly as well. "I am not one to normally write reviews but the service was incredible and deserves to be shared.

Pleasantly surprised to receive my brand new factory sealed Lenovo notebook in 1 business day after ordering.

I was unable to connect to my wireless router so I called Lenovo tech support who was unable to resolve the problem over the phone. They told me that I should send my brand new notebook to a Lenovo service center to get my wireless network card replaced. Not happy.

I called ATS and explained the situation. The representative was empathetic and to my surprise offered a solution which deviated from the standard manufacturer response. The ATS rep told me that he would see what he could do to help coordinate an exchange with the manufacturer for a brand new unit. I was given the heads up that this would require special authorization from the manufacturer and if rejected would be offered a full refund on my notebook. Process took 3 business days, was kept posted everyday and am now writing this review on my brand new notebook.

I have dealt with many resellers in the past and I can tell from experience that this is a reseller that cares. From a transactional and pre-sales standpoint they were very courteous which is to be expected. It is the post support that amazed me after my money was taken. Will definitely purchase from ATS again.

"I ordered a simple tablet sheet on September 6th, and it didn't arrive until October 15th. It was a simple sheet that I really didn't need right away, but it literally took them over a month to get this to me. This kind of service is unfathomable and I would never order anything from them again.

EDIT: I really didn't appreciate the six missed calls on my phone 1 hour after this review went up. I got my purchase (over a month later) I don't want to do business with this site again. Calling my phone six times isn't helping, or very professional. "
