"The worst retailer I've ever dealt with! First I ordered the part and tried to follow the ship,emt with their online tracker.It never worked, it showed nothing.They said it would arrive in a few days but it took a couple of weeks, then after I called about it it showed up that day.The girl at the other end could not find the order and she said she would get me an answer.They never followed up.
Now the bad part, it is an AGP All In Wonder 9600.I put it in the MoBo. No video, no boot, nothing.Took it out and put in my old card, I had video. I had the card in and out 20 or 30 times trying different BIOS settings. I called their help line. He had no clue! I used their online help. All I got was what they put in their FAQ, not even relating to the problem.I wnet back and forth with them and now they won't respond at all. The last post they sent was to upgrade the BIOS. I did....now my motherboard is dead!!!Thanks ATI now I have to use and old borrowed PC and your card works like a POS!"
"Excellent service. For brand-new products their prices are exceptionally high but keep your eye on the Clearance Center - there are some amazing deals in there. A lot of their stuff comes with extra warranty, as well. They ship with FedEx, which (because I live close) was a next-day delivery at about $10 CDN. Overall, a great store. US customers, don't despair because there is a US store too."
