"I recommend extreme caution when ordering from this company. There is a 14-day refund window that is typically hard to meet. There are apparent codes of non-returnable items that are not readily apparent. There is no viable customer service - phone is automated with no credible interaction (would not connect to various departments) and email communication was extremely impersonal, blaming the wholesaler for the no return policy, which was in fact not true (I called the company). I will never order from this company again - stuck with a product the teams do not want to use."
"If you are thinking about purchasing from this company, STOP! Seriously, run and never look back. The customer service is atrocious. I ordered an item from this seller off Amazon on the 18th. I ordered it because I needed it by the 31st and the latest it was estimated to get to me was the 28th. I felt comfortable with that window so I purchased it. I courteously waited until the 30th to contact ATAFA just incase there were complications. However, when I called customer service the rep could barely speak English. He gave me run-around answers to all of my questions. When I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, he refused to connect me or give me another extension to call. He told me to call back. So I called back a second time and spoke to ANOTHER rep that could barely speak English. She too could not give me direct answers and kept talking to someone in the background while we were on the phone. When I asked about a solution to the problem or getting a refund I was told I would have to wait until the product was delivered (God knows when that will be) and ship it back, then I would be refunded. Thankfully, Amazon has amazing customer service and they offered to do everything they could to find out where my package was and why it was 8 days overdue. Now I am stuck with a product I will no longer need when, and if ever, it arrives. "
"BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 1 dozen silicone wrist bands for a child's birthday party. The website, even though it shows every color in the one dozen depicted for sale, does say you may not get every color. Accordingly, I bought a second dozen to make sure I would get at least one of every color between the 2 dozen I was buying. After paying $9.25 for standard 3-5 day shipping (more than the cost of the 2 dozen bracelets)the order arrived and out of the 24 bracelets, I got no orange, no yellow and no red. I did get 4 black, 6 blue, 4 purple, 2 green, 2 white, etc. I contacted the company but was basically told, sorry, no guarantee of color and recommended I buy another dozen to "see if I might get and orange, yellow or red bracelet". Are you kidding? Bottom line - this company rips you off on shipping and then sends out the colors most people don't even want. BUY from them at your own risk."
