I wish I could give 0 stars, even 1 star seems to generous. A faulty exercise bike was delivered, I emailed them about 3 times before I got a response asking if I would keep the product for 15% refund. I emailed back saying I wasn't interested as the product was faulty and it was of no use to me. I've emailed back 6 times so far, no reply at all. when you can the call centre they say they are not taking calls due to covid 19, they use covid as an excuse for terrible service but they have staff to monitor reviews and take down negative ones I know this for a fact as they have deleted several of my reviews that I have posted as they were negative, I find it alarming they have staff to monitor reviews but no staff to answer e mails or telephone calls. "
"I ordered 2 mats 4 x 10 x 2 for my grandson for Christmas. One was good, the 2nd was totally defective with huge bulges under the cover. The company did not respond to my email requests for a replacement until I filed an A to Z claim with Amaz*n. I sent 4 emails requesting a replacement as the price had jumped up 35 bucks. Aosom.com refunded my money through the A to Z claim. The price had changed online immediately after I ordered and I believe they could not have sent me such a defective mat without knowing it was damaged. After all they boxed it. The customer service is slow, completely unresponsive and ignored many requests to make it right. Merry Christmas from Aosom. Give them 0 stars. They are also known as Soozier."
"I wish i could give zero stars! We ordered a wire cart from this company, and the cart arrived with the incorrect wheels. We let them know that the incorrect wheels were sent numerous times, but were ignored and the correct parts never sent. After many months of waiting, the company is refusing to help us. To make matters worse, their supervisor had the nerve to lecture us and imply that the problem was our fault. Avoid this company at all costs, there is a reason they have a F rating on the BBB website and a 1 star rating here. Save your money and buy from a reputable dealer, one that will fix their mistakes. "
