"I have ordered from them twice. The first time, the shirt I ordered was listed as in stock but was, in fact, not. I e-mailed the site and they immediately refunded my money and were so nice about it that I decided to buy from them again. This time I bought a wallscroll and it got here quickly and in perfect condition. I also like their prices on the DVD's and they don't seem to be bootlegs even though I was leery because the price was so good.
I just wish they had a bigger selection, but I understand that they're a small store. They do, however, have frequent sales if you sign up for their newsletter, and the owner really does seem to care about his customers."

Ordering from animeniacs was a breeze. The web site was easy to use and was fast. The prices (especially for import dvd) were very competitive while the clearance prices were unbelievable. Shipment was fast with delivery in seven days.
Only one thing to note, animeniacs has had problems with stocking certain import titles in 2004 (but according to the web site this problem is hopefully past)."
