"These people sell you stuff that they don't actually have in stock; but they don't tell you that they don't have the item in stock. You give them your money; and they purchase the item from a 3rd party distributor. You sit at home waiting for your item to arrive; and after weeks of waiting, you call them up to request a tracking number; which they don't provide you. I have still not yet received the heater I ordered. I expect it will be a whole month until it actually arrives. These people are dishonest, do not buy from them; you will be sorry."

"I purchased a whirlpool washer and dryer from am royal. I placed the order on a Wednesday and it shipped on Friday. They sent me the tracking number and a few days later I got an email to schedule delivery. They let me pick the delivery time and day. The drivers called me an hour before coming to make sure I was at home. The delivery was great. They brought the washer and dryer into my basement and helped me open the boxes. The rest was easy. I am looking to redo my kitchen next and I am definitely going with am royal."

"I purchased a fireplace from this company with the understanding they would have it shipped to me in 7 to 14 days. The person took my credit card via phone and assured me the item would be here in 7 to 14 days. After a week I email them asking for conformation of shipment that is when they told me that they had not received the product in their warehouse and after they receive it then they will ship it to me within 7 to 14 days. When I ask why I cant track my order via their website they told me in an email that because I ordered by phone that it will not show up on my web account. Well its been three weeks now and they tell me maybe in another week they will have the item then it will take 7 to 14 more days for them to ship it to me. I am not pleased with these people and have made them aware of it via email. They were very misleading while taking my order, I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. They also advertised some special doors "free" for ordering from them but when asking what they look like they have no clue and will not even send info from the factory about the doors. "

"This was the 1st time i purchased from AMRoyal and i wanted to share the great experience i had with this store.

Delivery of the refrigerator was 5 days after i purchased it. The standard delivery was "In home Delivery" and the driver placed the refrigerator in my kitchen.

The trucking company called 24 hours before to schedule the delivery which was great.

The price of the refrigerator was best i can find online. This was a great deal to get a good price and top notch service."

"I called in advance to ask if they had the Summit-FS20L in stock at that time. They assured me they had it in stock, so I completed a web order.

Called a week later to find out what was going on as their online status showed no change -- the order was listed as 'processing' instead of sent. They told me that in fact they didn't stock the item I had called about (and then ordered.) "We are right down the road from Summit and we send out orders when they fill them." I guess that's what counts as the 'truth' in New Jersey.... (Right down the road is the distance from Fairfield, NJ to Bronx, NY ~28 miles.)

I wouldn't count on timing with these characters, but the freezer was packaged very professionally and arrived in acceptable condition. It was shipped DHL; it said in giant letters for the shipper to require a signature confirming receipt and condition, but they just dumped it on the doorstep.

One last note, about Summit: despite saying on Summit's website that they now have a manufacturing facility in Bronx, NY, the unit I received was not American made -- one reason I chose Summit -- but it had giant stickers all over that said: "Made In China". Ewww; I'm not a big supporter of destroying the US by selling out to China for cheap goods, even if they sometimes work ok....
