"Last month I ordered $300 worth of PCBs. I asked them to ship it via standard mail, but they shipped it via DHL instead. DHL tried to charge additional $300 to deliver the parcel, so I decided to let them return it to ALLPCB. After that, ALLPCB tried to charge $600 to have my parcel reshipped. That's a terrible way to do business. A reliable company would never ever risk their reputation doing that kind of thing. I don't even know if the PCB quality is good or bad. So, I strongly recommend against this company. Stay away."
"It started already with a higher price than competitors, but since I had other orders placed as well with Allpcb, I wanted to save teh shipping cost.
10 tiny prototypes 12x16mm, double layer, with parts for about 10 Dollars.
The initial calculation was a little over 200 USD, and I thought it would be still reasonable.
Some days later, they asked me for another 88 USD, without an explanation.
Another couple days later, another 25 USD. No explanation, again.
After 2 weeks (!!) I received the information that due to the plated half holes on my modules additional cost would be due. This already is outrageous. Charging extra for additional service which should have been included in the 1st calculation and payment already.
This morning I received the bill for the castellated holes on my boards: 100 USD !!!!
This is the highest ever someone in the industry charged me for castellated holes.
Even in Canada I wouldn't have paid more for my 10 modules (Bittele Electronic, Markham), and I would have received them within a week, instead of a month.
Besides all other Chinese PCB manufacturers I worked with the last 3 years (like PCBWay or JLCPCB) it turns out that ALLPCB is easily 2x as expensive as their Chinese competitors.
I had former experiences with them, a lot better. Had some 2000 modules in a similar size assembled for just over 600 USD a year ago. Now they charge me 400 bucks for 10 pieces. "

It is only $1.99 for 5pcs (1-2 layers, 100×100mm, FR-4 CCL). Besides, I got their first order bonus -- free shipping up to $25. My original shipping fee is $20, which happens to be within $25. So finally I only cost $1.99!!! Although it is really low-priced, the quality was surprisingly high. And their customer service Daria did a very great job in consulting me.
