Definitely the best PC I've ever owned. They were able to get me the second power supply as it is back ordered from MSI, but those are just the minor details. "First they waited two days to call and verify my identity & address. Then they call back three days later and say they are out of a specific chip upgrade I wanted. I asked for a refund and they said “They will see what they can do about the chip” and kept the transaction pending. I call two days later and ask for a refund and I will get it somewhere else. Sails guy proceeds to ask me what website I was looking at and starts s**t talking them and now says it is in stock. After 5 days I call and ask if it was on schedule- he assured me so. Three days later I ask for the shipping address only to find out there was a problem with the motherboard...
End of the day I am three weeks out of my comp and job which I vehemently expressed to him.
He ends up lying about the date of the issued refund (3days late) and I have to dispute the transaction with my bank.
Don’t use them unless it’s prebuilt. And don’t use them for a prebuilt unless you like getting lied to, deceived, and disrespected. "

They fixed it and sent it back, but for some reason stopped working again.

It was a relief, because we didn't have to send back the computer.
