"The worst online shopping experience I've had!
Its been almost 1 month since purchase and item has not been dispatched. Also, after 1 week of purchase I was advised that I needed to pay extra for additional weight. They have not responded to any of my emails.
Avoid this site like the Plague!"
"This is the worst internet experience I have everhad.
I bought an item which says shipping is about 8 dollars and when the payment was made they charged my credit card in less than 48 hours. Six days later I received a message saying shipping is over 21 dollars. I refused to pay and after at least twenty emails , they agreed to refund only part of the payment, . They said they will deduct 5 dollars local shipping and 4 % commission
They said that they asked their bank to make the partial refund and this was on February the 2 nd. Two weeks later still no refund. After six emails they responded that it takes 20 to 35 days for a refund to reach my bank.
What a bench of crooks, 48 hours to charge my card and more than a month to issue a refund.
I recommend that it is a site to avoid if you value your money."

First of all, it was mentioned "free shipping" then after choosing my items,it asked for shipping method, DHL or China post, I choose china post 11USD then after payment i received a message "your order can't be shipped via China post please pay 44USD" and the item cost USD22."
"Ordered an item before christmas. Agreetao responsed soon that item had scratch on surface . I asked them to send photo to my mailbox. Tabao answered that their wendor answered 'no photos. All of items have scratches but they will send me the best one me'. I cancelled my order. Agreetao answered that bank will take 4 % refund from the payment. Conclusion: Agreetao answered soon, so I had 'nt to wait answers. They answered clearly. But result was that i have to pay 4 % And I got nothing :("

"Ordered a few bamboo fans which was hard to find here. Quality was okay for the price, but shipping is a bit expensive compare to other Asian sites that offer free shipping. The cost of shipping is more than the items. Shipping took 2 weeks which is consider fast as its from China to Canada. Arrived in a box but no bubble wraps or anything inside to protect the items. Nothing got damaged thou. I'll probably only order from here if there are hard to find items I want."
