"Ordered 4 new items, got 3 used ones, Customer support is non-existent.
Same story with my previous order (ordered 5 new frames 41W6360 got 2 good and 3 cracked ones, all 5 used).
They basically list items as new and put nice prices and then take 30-50 days to ship, and when you get your order it's too late to cancel at your bank.
Beware.
P.S. This same company works under the name of thinkpad-parts.com.
