"This is not the first greenhouse I have bought and constructed by myself, but I expect it to be my last. The GM10 with one extension is lighter, better insulated and 1/3 the cost of the one I bought over 20 years ago, both being of similar size. Each and every piece of the frame was well machined, and it went together with no issues, other than the time it initially took to decipher the instructions. Every piece, including hardware, was labeled, which made the assembly go very quickly. The lightness makes it easy for one person to assemble but does not compromise the strength of the completed unit.
Technical support and the integrity of this company are stellar. I ordered the kit in May, but unforeseen surgery prevented me from unpacking and doing an inventory as is suggested until October. After I completed the project, I noticed that I had probably ordered and paid for two extensions but received just one. I called customer service, and they confirmed that I was billed for two but only one was shipped. They quickly offered to ship the additional extension immediately but when I explained that the greenhouse was now complete, and I was happy with the size, the representative refunded the cost of the additional extension without question.
I am beyond happy that I decided to do business with ACF and feel sure customer support with assist me if ever I need them in the future."
"We bought the Aspen model 9x14. Put it up. The first wind we had blew all the panels off. We had to use Ducktape to get it all back together. The metal brackets used to secure the panels in are very cheaply made. Why cut corners on this?
Anyway dont buy this and expect it to be solid if you have any wind!. Buy tons of Ducktape. Next time I am just going to build it myself out of wood.. This was a very expensive product to be so poorly made.."

"I purchased a Cross Country greenhouse from ACF Greenhouses because they offered a great price and answered all of the questions I had about it. When looking for a greenhouse, we found that many online dealers were not even familiar with how to operate a greenhouse or what accessories would be needed in our area. The staff at ACF were very helpful, and made me feel good about my choices. The only complaint I have is the line was busy a couple times when I called, but they always answered my emails the same day I sent them. (I had a lot of questions :)
After the order was placed, I received tracking information when it was shipped. Delivery went smoothly whithout any issues. I had some wiring questions about the fan system, and called ACF. They emailed me a helpful wiring diagram within an hour, and I got everything working by the end of the day.
I am very pleased with the quality of the greenhouse and accessories I purchased and the level of service from the people at ACF as well. I plan on purchasing more from them in the near future."
