"I ordered a Dyson DC17 Factory Refurb from ABC Vacuum Warehouse. I had emailed them with some questions before ordering. They responded to my email the next day. I ordered the vacuum the next day on a Saturday. Ordering process was simple. I received an email confirmation. Next business day I received an email with the shipping number. The vacuum arrived two days later. Vacuum was proplery packaged and had everything it was suppose to.
The price was the second best on the internet. The only one place with a better price also had a 1.4 rating here. Taking that into consideration with ABC's free shipping it was a no brainer.

I was going to place the order and found it the same price as the AP510 which had another fan speed, electronic controls, and a sleep mode (was also almost $80 cheaper than Amazon). So placed the order for Whirlpool AP510 Air Purifier and it arrived a few days later, maybe about 4 days. Shipped out really quick with no issue.

I clicked submit to place an order and never was given a prompt that it went through. I gave up and ordered from another site, however, they still charged my account! They told me to refuse the item and I would be refunded all except $15.00 for shipping. I argued my case and was told I could get the complete refund, but not without an employee telling me to check my email more often.
Overall result is satisfactory, however the company's customer service is lacking some class."
