"Ordered a print 6'x6' on April 21st... received a wrongly oriented image (90 degrees off) and wrong size... after 60 days of excuses (like *new equipment down for two weeks*), contacted the company's management asking for a refund... so far plenty of emails with no clear answers, trying to make the situation more confused, but not addressing the issue of refunding me for the wrong product...
