"Ordered a set of coil overs on 2/16/2009 and it is now 10/21/2010 and no parts or refund. I used to get a line of bull now I get no response and Robert does not answer his phone or e-mails. This guy is running a scam and should be prosecuted as he stole $850 since I have no parts and no refund. There are many more people claiming similar things. I waited too long before reversing the credit card charge and now I am stuck without the cash or the parts."

"Ordered some stuff a long time ago. Dude keeps ignoring my emails. When he responds he usually has a lame excuse on why he's taking so long. Feels like I got ripped off."

"Ordered 2 things from 935/Robert on March 6th: head gasket set and ARP bolts. On the website, both products were back ordered, so I called. Robert said he had the bolts but not the head gasket and to continue with the order online, and he would ship the bolts without the gasket set.

After not hearing a word, I called back on March 26th to change my address and check on the order. He said that he would find another source for the bolts (?) and ship everything out the next day.

Left message on March 30th to get a tracking number. Called back later on during the day, where Robert said he got my message (!) and was still working on shipping the parts. He said he would get to me later that week, as there were still 2 customers in front of me on his list, and he still had to get the bolts!!! Canceled on the spot and asked for a complete refund. Twenty-one days and he hadn't even got the bolts yet. I have NO idea what I would have had to do to get the gasket set, probably sacrifice my first born.

We'll see how long it takes to credit my account back the $370.
