"This site needs to include an option for NEGATIVE STARS. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I ordered flowers to be sent to my girlfriend's new office opening so threw in the extra payment for 4 hour rush delivery and here I sit 24 hours later trying to speak to a human at this company because NO DELIVERY WAS EVER MADE !! What a horseshit place !! They are committing nothing short of wire fraud. Unlike the other who just vent here I will be reporting this place to NJ Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.
