Quickly replaced faulty labels

"I finally emptied my previous roll of return address labels. Near the end of the roll was an information label to order more of the same labels, so I did. I received the labels in just a few days, but I was not happy with the printing which had some gaps and light spots like you might see at home when your printer is low on ink. I sent them an email describing the problem and included a picture of one of the new labels, side by side with one of my previous labels which I really liked. I quickly received a response that they would send replacement labels. These also arrived in just a few days and the printing is much better and does not have the issues I noted with the first batch. These are not what I would call "premium" labels and would not expect a business to use them, but considering that they are significantly less expensive than many other choices, they are quite adequate for my personal use. There are some negative reviews where people apparently want labels redone at no cost, even though the error was their own. This doesn't seem fair to the business. My experience is these are very good budget priced labels."

"After going through a chaotic repossession in 2021, my credit score dropped to Equifax: 545, TransUnion: 554, Experian: 559. Every effort to restore my credit all good points failed. About a month ago, while browsing credit blogs, I came across comments about the ROOTKITS CREDIT SPECIALIST. In desperation, I contacted them and asked if they could help me improve my credit score. He responded positively and I had to sign up for his services. I pulled my score after several days as I was instructed. Worst company I have ever dealt with

"I filled out a single form online and receive two rolls a return labels, each with different and incorrect spelling of my name. I responded by email promptly whereupon I got a reply that said it was not their fault but mine ... and their policy does not allow for any re-printing. I made my case very clear and they still acting like ****!"

Do Not Order From this Company

"I placed an order. The same day and a few minutes later I realized it was a mistake in spelling. so I contacted the company of the Mistake and I was informed less than a minutes later that my labels were in the shipping process and I need to place another order. I'm stuck with labels I cannot use. What a waste. they didnt even try to work with me."

"I had read some of the negative reviews so I held my breath a little . I ordered on a Saturday and the labels arrived the following Thursday. WOW! It was easy to order, clear instructions. I will certainly order from them again. Very pleased. No problems. "

Pleasantly surprised

"I placed an order for address labels but didn't receive an email confirmation in a short time as usually happens after an online purchase. I was concerned, so I checked the reviews for this company and found a lot of negative ones. I then emailed the company and asked for my order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. I quickly received the order confirmation, so I wrote back and instructed them to fulfill the order, although I had misgivings about them after reading the reviews. However, I received my order in a little over a week (I live in Alaska) and the labels look great! I like the dispenser box as the labels peel off easily. Hopefully, their previous issues with others have been ironed out."

One of the worst companies I had to deal with.......A horrible experience

"One of the worst companies I had to deal with and that has absolutely no personal customer support services where you can talk on the phone to a live person when there is a problem

As I am an older individual who is computer challenged, I asked my daughter to place an order for me, for my wife to receive 500 multicolor return address labels on a roll printed in italics and to include the paid for dispenser. After approximately 10 days we received a roll of 500 return address labels, however the labels were for a different person, with a different order number, a different address, and from a different State within the United States. When I attempted to contact the company, I explained to them by their instant message, as there was no phone number anywhere to be found to discuss this mixup that they sent someone else’s order to me and it was not mine. I asked them to please give me a call, and I gave them my phone number, or to send me their phone number, to discuss and correct the problem, I received an answer to my message that stated “will resend order, sorry for any inconvenience“. In addition, when I again messaged the company requesting a phone number that I could have to call them at, or to have someone call me to resolve this mixup, I received another message that stated “we don’t have that type of customer support services“. Then in another message they asked me to send them the ordering information including the order number, paid payment receipt, and address to where the corrected address labels should be mailed, which I did send them that same day, they then claimed they had no record of this order. Although It was my daughter who ordered this for me to give my wife, and even after sending them all of the information they requested in their message to me, they denied having any order of this nature. Doesn’t this company have any cross referencing to see that this was a legitimate already paid for order that was placed, I guess not.. Finally after several additional messages and waiting another week, the item finally was received by my wife without any explanation or apology to explain this mixup. They still refused to call me or give me a phone number where I could call them and discuss what happened. Even though my daughter placed the order for me, and even after I responded and sent them all of the information they requested confirming that this was a legitimate order already paid for, the company never gave me the courtesy of calling me or giving me a telephone number where I could call them to discuss and resolve this mixup. In addition, as an aside, the label dispenser is made out of cardboard not plastic or a material that will last, and it is not even worth the paper it is made out of and certainly not worth the $1.50 additional cost of the item. As this personally happened to me, there is no way I would ever recommend this company to anybody, nor would I re-order anything from them. This is the personal experience I had with the company 500labels.com also under Albu Web Designs. Any company in business, in my opinion, should have customer service support to directly speak to customers by phone especially when there is a major mixup that easily could have been corrected with a one minute phone call.

SHUN THIS COMPANY: It was My Bad -- I should have read the other reviews first!

"The following is what i also sent to the company in their "contact us" section:
"I have received my order of labels from your company. As soon as I can find the appropriate place to leave a review, I shall do so. Here is an inkling of what I shall say:
Although a promised email would be sent to confirm the order, NONE was EVER forthcoming.
Although I paid $1.50 for a "dispenser", I would have foregone the expense to pay for a cardboard box that I could have created for myself. I have purchased address labels from a different company, and the INCLUDED dispenser was of solid plastic and has lasted for several years. SAVE YOUR MONEY, people. ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!
As you know, word of mouth advertising is the strongest (and cheapest) advertising you can hope to get, and I shall do my best to see your company be shunned!"
And if there was a way to offer a review with no stars, I would have done so.

Worst company ever!

"I ordered 500 return address labels and filled in the single form for the imprint text. I received 2 rolls of return labels - each having different name misspellings. How is that possible? Well, the response I got when calling up to politely resolve the problem, I was accused of entering the misspelled name. Really - two different misspelling (Jime and Jome) on the 2 rolls. The customer rep was extremely rude and actually threatened me if I created a negative review. Stay away from this fly-by-night company. "

This company is a scam!

"I ordered labels on June 30th, when they mailed them the labels some how they got “lost” in the mail and I was told they would resend them. You would think this company would produce and ship them quickly because by this time it was 3 weeks later. No, that was not the case. Brian, who might be the owner, has the worst customer service skills. Brian told me my labels would ship on a Friday and I would receive the tracking number. When I emailed him back on Saturday asking if my labels had shipped, he said no because it takes a week. When I pointed out that he said they would ship the day before, he replied with “I've issued a refund because of product-lead time”. This company is a scam, buyer beware! "

Worst Service - Bad Product

"Ordered return labels, by filling in the online form - basic stuff. Labels came with different and incorrect spellings of my name on each roll of labels. When contacting the company about the error, I was accused of filling in the name field in error. Brian, the customer service person by email threatened me with a libel lawsuit if I shared my review. He is an imbecile. The company should not be in business. DO NOT ORDER FROM 500Labels."
