Auto charge issues

"Somehow the last 2 times my auto payment is not going through. I am paying through my account to renew it, but the last time didn't work doing that. Not sure what is wrong."

Not comfortable to do business with it

"It is pretty bad and weird experience for trying establish business with this company.
I am purchase manager and me and my team always sourcing goods to our sales team. When I place order online, there is nobody contact us how they will ship the goods, also, they required seller permit and photo ID of our owner??????? Most of our supplier only required resale certificate for tax exempt, and this company required Seller permit BUT I think it is still make sense for it. HOW COME we need to provide owner ID????? I try to explain to them that our company is incorporate and it should be good for providing seller permit. They replied to me that NO ID No order. I can't understand why......I am in purchasing filed for more than 20 years, I haven't seen any company required PHOTO ID for purchase.
Finally, I didn't work with them, because I feel not comfortable why they insist getting my boss' ID? Is it something bad gonna happened???
Guys, please think about it.

Customer Service like no other!

"Shopped with this company the first time and I have to say I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Not really sure why there's a couple negative reviews, I had no such problems and can't be happier with my experience. Mahmoud helped me through my purchasing processes and answered all my questions without ever pushing the sale too hard. Plus products arrived on time and in great condition!"

"It was very hard to communicate with the company. Their shipping charges were extremely high. We are a mail order company and know the charges should have been much, much less. We ended up ordering from another company in California for a fraction of the shipping cost we were quoted from Four Seasons.

We would like to be taken off the email list as we do not plan on ordering from them.

No Information about my first order

"I am still not yet sure whether they have shipped my order.I have not received any information whether they have have received .I called them to make sure that they have received my cashier check. No body will like such dealing. Please let me know when you guys shipping my order."

Very Disappointed

"I ordered a selection of items from from 4SGM, although I got my things in good time because I told my sales agent I needed them on time. It arrived incomplete, and was only informed that some items were out of stock when they arrived and I know half of the items were missing. I emailed my sales agent just to be told they were out of stock. I wish I had been told before they were shipped that the items were out of stock so I could order something else. I am very upset and disappointed. This isn't the first time, every time I order from 4SGM, it's the same thing they always come incomplete and most times I am billed for it. "
