"When I ordered our recliner, I informed them that we planned on being out of town but could have someone meet at our house when delivering. They said that they do not deliver without confirmation with the purchaser that someone will be available. When we returned home, the box with the recliner was in our driveway and it had rained 3 days prior so we figure it must have been sitting outside for a week. The box fell apart from being soaked and someone could have stolen it. When I contacted them, they would not respond except to say that I could ship it back. I said that I would if they would send me a box, which they refused to do. This is not a company that you want to buy from."
