"This is an excellent company to work with.

This was the first time I ever bought from them. I had a problem with the shipment which was NOT their fault at all. They were fantastic to deal with and resolved the issue for me quickly with great communication. And yes, the glasses are nice. Cheaper that what I have bought prior on e-bay from another company, and these had spring hinges (better hardware).
I did not buy these through e-bay, so their responsiveness had nothing to do with getting good ratings. It was just great customer service.
