"TERRIBLE!!!!!! I ordered some headphones from them and they sent me a couple emails telling me "we are running behind in their orders but we will send your order as soon as possible"
TWO MONTHS LATER I still haven't gotten my order and I had emiled them SEVERAL times, but no response. I had also CALLED them many times and left messages. But NO RESPONSE. Finally over two months after my order had been placed, I managed to get ahold of a customer service rep. (It seems that they only pop up every once in a while) He told me that my order had been forgotten (HUH??) and they would send it ASAP. Well, guess what...it never came. SO I am currently disputing my credit charge over this order because I never got the merchandise and they ever even tried to resolve the issue. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I strongly recommend NOT to ever use this site."

"My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's. Ordered merchandise from this company, they charged my card and did not deliver. I could not even open the confirmation email they sent me with the tracking number. You can't speak to anyone when you call and they don't acknowledge your emails either. I see they are no longer accredited by the BBB; they have been REVOKED! I am out of my money and my daughter will be sorely disappointed. I filed a complaint with the BBB, as well as the Ohio Attorney General's Office. This is so not right! Consumers Beware! Beware! Beware!"

This small start up company is legitimate and has some GREAT PRICES. I saved over 35% on my sons Dr.Dre HD Solo Headphones the only problem is the company seems to give customers unreliable delivery time frames. The truth is you can save ALOT of money with this company if you are willing to wait a few weeks for delivery. They deal directly with the factories, most of which are located in China and it takes time to get the product to the US. The company just needs to be realistic when telling people how long there purchase will take to be delivered. If they did this I believe they will have a very successful business because they save customers a ton of money on very popular items IF they are willing to wait a little bit longer for delivery. "Yes this company is a scam. They show 5 day delivery and never deliver. I ordered a Christmas Present from this company and they sent email confirming the order then waited a week to even withdraw the money from my account. Then sent 3 letters promising shipment on 3 different dates. They never shipped item and will not respond to emails and will not return phone calls. The Website shows a BBB member but dont buy it. When you call for customer service you will get a answering machine and they will never return the calls. Then they want to take 30 days to refund a purchase that they never even shipped out their door. Dont make the mistake I did and end up with out a childs broken heart on Christmas Morning."
