"This company seems a bit shady. I was told that a product would do one thing, and once I received the product and it couldn't accomplish the task I asked for a refund. They were willing to refund it but wanted to charge me a restocking fee of 20% - this was going to be over $100 that I lost because of being mislead. The manager I spoke to on the phone insisted that it was my fault and that I misunderstood. In my opinion terrible customer service."
