"I ordered a 45 record that was advertised as in VG (Very Good Condition). I received the record but it was unplayable. It was old, worn, and scratched. It even skipped.

When I asked the seller for a refund or replacement he insulted me, actually using the word "slimeball."

What mystifies me is that, if he was going to rip me off, why did he even send a record?

I have kept records of my dealings with this company in .pdf format.
