"Experience has been one of the worst I've experienced. One the day if installation I was supposed to have 5 individual blinds installed on a 15 ft window. They showed up with only four so I had to scheduled another installation date. I called several times prior to the next installation and told them that the valance was too short. They didn't believe me and said they need the installer to confirm, fine. Installwe showed up for the installation of the fifth missing blind and install the valance. Guess what, the valance was too short. So I had to scheduled a third installation. Guess what, the day of the third installation that I waited almost two weeks for, the installers truck broke down so I had to reschedule again which was another week and a half out. I'm now sitting and waiting for the installer to install the correct valance and still waiting.... This company ****!"
